Pampita y Chimborazo, Centro Plaza, Office 209, Cumbaya, Quito-Ecuador EC 170901 (Onwards, PRODESEG), makes available to you (you, hereinafter, the User), this document of Terms and Conditions of Use, which are oriented to the use of the website https://www.prodeseg.com/, our estimators https://www.prodeseg.com/cotizador/ and the User Portal which you access when you maintain a business relationship with us.

This document may be extended to any mobile application or other system that we make available to you for the provision of our services.

PRODESEG makes available to you the portal, the estimators and the website (together, the Tools), whose main objective is to streamline the interaction between our users, to provide a quality, interconnected and updated service, for a better user experience.

The Tools mentioned are the sole and exclusive property of PRODESEG and their respective developers, as are the names, brands, commercial slogans and other elements subject to intellectual property. Their use, alteration, reproduction, sale or unauthorized distribution is prohibited by law.

 

Conditions of access and use of the website

The use of the Tools is free, subject to the creation of a username and password at the time of initiating the commercial relationship between you and PRODESEG. Correct use of the tools by the User

By using our Tools and their services, the User agrees to:

• Maintain in good condition, trying not to use technologies that affect or damage the computer systems that support the Tools.
• Do not reproduce, market, distribute or share for your own profit or that of third parties the content incorporated and/or stored in the PRODESEG Tools.
• Do not interfere with or interrupt the access and use of the Tools, servers or networks connected to it or fail to comply with the requirements, procedures and regulations of the network connection policy.
• In the spaces where the possibility of uploading user documentation for management by PRODESEG has been provided, only documents in the format supported by the application may be uploaded.

PRODESEG, in the event of verifying non-compliance with these terms, may take appropriate legal action to prevent, correct or mitigate any use of the Portal by users or third parties who oppose these Terms, infringe or violate intellectual property rights, as well as any other rights of PRODESEG, other users or third parties.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that may appear on this website are the sole and exclusive property of PRODESEG or its related companies, partners or allies. Their use or access does not grant the user any rights over the intellectual property of PRODESEG or third parties and business partners.

Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the arbitration courts determined by PRODESEG, with jurisdiction in Quito, Ecuador. The applicable law shall be that of the Republic of Ecuador.
